Episodic Services
Review of health history, physical examination, first-time assessment and treatment plan, laboratory and/or diagnostic testing as required and indicated.
Assessment and treatment plan follow-up based on a previous visit, interpretation of laboratory and/or diagnostic testing.
Acute care for signs, symptoms, and conditions that do not require urgent or emergent services — sore throat, cough/cold/flu, UTIs, skin rashes, lesions, minor injuries, lacerations, and more.
Yearly physical exam, review of current medication prescriptions, prescription refills as needed, laboratory and/or diagnostic testing, and referrals as indicated.
Consultation for any referral to specialty services including Dermatology, Gynaecology, ENT, Sleep Study, Internal Medicine, Paediatrician, Hematology, Gender Affirmation, and more.
Consultation regarding mental health concerns and discussion on plan of care. May include referral to mental health specialists — counseling, psychiatry, psychology, CMHA. Discussion of medication treatment if indicated.
Assessment, focused physical examination, laboratory investigation as indicated, contraception options and birth control consultation as requested.
Neuromodulator injections for medical conditions — TMJ, hyperhidrosis, chronic migraines, overactive bladder, and more. Includes Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau.
Offered on a virtual platform. Suitable for any health issue or concern that does not require a physical exam.
Injections, plans, and behaviour support — including lipotropic injections, vitamin B12, GLP-1 receptor agonists (Saxenda, Ozempic), and hCG. Used under medical supervision as part of a broader lifestyle and dietary plan.
Medical Notes & Referrals
Prenatal & Postnatal Care
Complete prenatal health history, examination, laboratory and diagnostic testing including bloodwork and dating ultrasound, follow-up plan. Midwifery referral if requested.
Ongoing care and monitoring during antenatal period. Recommended every 4 weeks until 30 weeks gestation, at which time a referral is sent to your preferred OB.
Offered up to 6 weeks postpartum. Wellness check for newborn and parent including physical exam, weight, breast/chest feeding support and referrals as indicated.
Acute care for signs, symptoms, and conditions that do not require urgent or emergent services during the prenatal or postnatal period.
Women's Health & BHRT
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) effectively addresses and treats a variety of symptoms for both men and women, utilizing hormones that mimic our body's natural hormones. This personalized and holistic approach puts the focus back on optimizing hormones to enhance your overall well-being while restoring vitality, balance, and your love of life again.
BHRT effectively addresses symptoms related to pre and perimenopause, menopausal hormone imbalances, andropause, and thyroid dysfunction.

We are a Fee-for-Service Primary Care Clinic. If this is your first visit, you may be required to complete an Initial Visit appointment — including a review of your health history, physical examination, first-time assessment, and treatment plan. The appointment lasts approximately 45 minutes. You will also be required to fill out the New Patient Intake form prior to your appointment.
